The FGE process begins with the Wind Turbines Generating Electricity to Power Highly Efficient Water Electrolysers that Split Water Molecules into Hydrogen and Oxygen, producing High-Purity Hydrogen without emitting any greenhouse gases. The Hydrogen is then combined with Nitrogen, extracted from the air using Air Separation Units, to produce Green Ammonia, via a state-of-the-art proprietary process. Nitric Acid is then produced, from Ammonia & Nitrogen, and Blended further with Ammonia, in a State-Of-The Art Reactor & further processing into final Bagged Ammonium Nitrate.

FGE's Green Ammonium Nitrate production facility is a marvel of modern engineering and sustainability. It operates with the utmost efficiency, minimizing waste and emissions throughout the production process. The facility is equipped with cutting-edge technologies to ensure that every step, from electricity generation to Ammonia Synthesis & Ammonium Nitrate, is as environmentally friendly as possible.
